Who we are

Fieldstack Studio ("we") builds custom software and websites for businesses. Contact: hello@fieldstackstudio.com.

This website

This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a short period.

Business outreach

We sometimes email businesses whose work suggests our services may be relevant. We only use business contact details that the company has published, such as on its website, and keep only what we need: name, role, company and work email address, plus our notes about the conversation.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in contacting businesses about relevant services. Every message includes a way to opt out. If you opt out, we add your address to a suppression list so you are never contacted again.

Clients and enquiries

If you contact us or become a client, we use your details to reply, deliver the work and send invoices. We keep project and billing records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers we need to operate: email (Google Workspace), hosting and databases. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@fieldstackstudio.com. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the ICO; in Australia, to the OAIC.
